Clothing marketplace Poshmark has reported a data breach.
In a brief blog post, the company said it recently discovered “that data from some Poshmark users was acquired by an unauthorized third party.” Information such as email addresses, size preferences, and hashed passwords was stolen.
Luckily, users’ financial data was not compromised, the company said.
Poshmark has enlisted the help of outside forensics firm, Kroll, to investigate the data breach. Additionally, the company has assured users that they have implemented “advanced security measures.”
If you use Poshmark, it’s recommended that you reset your password, now.
